Important information

Legal Categories
POM-V: Only your vet can prescribe a product with this category

POM-VPS: A product with this license category can be purchased from Wormers Online and must be prescribed by a registered qualified person.

NFA-VPS: A product with this license category can be purchased from Wormers Online and must be prescribed by a registered qualified person.

AVM-GSL:  A product with this license category can be sold by any retailer and there are no restrictions on its sale

Product use

Placing your order
when you order from Wormers Online your order is normally posted next working day and sent by first class royal mail, you should receive your parcel within 2-4 working days.   If any of your items are out of stock you will be contacted and offered and alternative product or you will be giving the option to cancel.  If you are happy with the alternative product the parcel will be posted as normal, if however you wish to wait for your original item then your goods will be placed on a back order and the whole parcel will be sent as soon as the item comes into stock.

UK Postal prices
Wormers Online charge £2.50 P&P for all orders under 500g within the UK
501g to 1kilo £3.95
1.1kilos to 10kilos £5.95
10.1kilos to 20kilos £7.95

Wormers Online offer free delivery on all small parcels when you spend £10.00 or more, these are sent by royal mail 2nd class post normally 3 to 5 working days. UK only

International Parcels
For parcels outside of UK mainland including Ireland and the EU will be charged at Royal Mails international signed for small package prices, you will be contacted before your parcel is shipped to confirm shipping costs. 

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 7 day of receipt of goods and return the items to us unopened. You will pay all P&P costs and there will be and admin charge of £2.50

Returns
All returns to Wormers Online should be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and must be returned in its original packaging and condition.  If any tamper proof lids or sills have been broken then a refund will not be given.  Proof of return post must be obtained.  You will pay all P& P costs and there will be and admin charge of £2.50.

Errors
Any items that have been ordered in error can be returned unopened within 7 days of receipt to Wormers Online you will need to pay all P&P costs, Wormers Online will then offer an exchange product or a re-fund for the item excluding any P&P costs and a £2.50 admin fee.  If you receive an item in error and this was a mistake made by Wormers Online please return the item to us unopened within 7 days of receipt and we will then exchange the item and pay all P&P costs.  Proof of return post must be obtained.

Secure online payments
Wormers Online use a secure online payment service so when you shop with us you can be confident that your personal details are not seen by others.  Wormers Online never share your information with third parties or other companies.  Wormers Online have no access to your credit card details and the only information we see is your name and address these details are only ever used for posting your product to you.
